Missing soul ashes after finishing 3 layer

I meant the select layer screen which shows what rewards you will receive upon completing your run. Which as of right now shows “reward received” even though I only got 185 total.

Just helped a buddy ad that happened…I’m hoping this gets resolved.

Same with me. Submitted a ticket which they marked as resolved and said they couldn’t help.

Same issue. Finished Layer 3, got no soul ash and no credit towards achievement.
