I started playing WoW just after Burning Crusades released. I played up through WotLK and stopped around 2009. In 2014 I came back for a short period during MoP release. I just recently wanted to get back into WoW again and i downloaded the game and battlenet logged on to find only some of my characters are on the character list. I searched servers, created new characters hoping to refresh the character list after such a long time away along with deleting the blizzard cache and no luck reviving my other characters which were my mains. I know about the level squish but not any of the characters on my list are even the right class of the ones im missing. I missing my Main Rogue, Priest, and Mage. I had a authenticator keychain from way back in the day on my account until just recently when i updated it to the battlenet app so i dont believe my characters would of been taken. I have paid for faction and race changes in the past for these characters when i use to play and last i remember my rogue was a Worgen Rouge and my priest i believe was human or dwarf. Can someone from Customer Support please assist me on retrieving these lost characters? i have a lot of hours into them from back in the day that i dont want to lose. Thank you
Just to ask, because you didn’t bring it up, but are you looking at the dropdown above the play button to ensure you’re logging into the right account. Sometimes folks unknowningly log on to 2nd accounts and the like and think their chars are gone.

It looks like you found those on Drak’tharon, but you also have characters on Korgath and one on Shadowmoon. At the top of the page try clicking on Realms and manually selecting Korgath then Shadowmoon.
That should hopefully refresh your list.

yes i only have 1 account that i truly every played on
