I’ve encountered a possible bug with Bountiful Delves at Tier 8. I’ve completed 7 total bountiful delves at tier 8 this week, and I just realized only received 2x Runed Harbinger Crests from the first of them. I am fairly certain that 2 of them are supposed to drop in every Tier 8 bountiful delve.
I’ve seen some other people have the same issue, I’m wondering has anyone actually received 2 runed crests from every run - so we know whether its a bug or intended?

Same here. Can we signal boost this to ensure everyone gets compensated? I’m hearing some players correctly received all the extra crests they were missing, but others haven’t. That ain’t fair. 
Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of people get the missing crests now as well, but as of logging in today after reset, I still haven’t got mine either.
My DK alt got 18 upon logging in yesterday, but my priest main has not received any despite having completed more delves
My alt character also received the harbinger crests from 9 bountiful delves last week when logging on, my main however received no crests from the 20+ bountiful delves I did on that character.
Coming back to say this happened to me too. No extra crests awarded on login after reset. Still at 2 runed crests.
Received a human response to my ticket in game basically just telling me to suibmit a bug report and make a thread on the forums - which I had done both already.
Here is an excerpt from the GM response regarding a potential fix:
Right now, I am afraid there’s no estimated time for a possible fix. While this is not something that can be tackled by Customer Support alone, the issue had been recognized and hopefully it won’t be long before we hear about a solution proper.

Same. They are dropping for me this week but I did 20+ bountiful tier 8 delves last week and got none. Feels bad cus I’m capped on valorstones but no runes to spend them on. Scuzzy currency limits and bugs make for an awesome time.
Still received nothing.
