Hi i just came back to WoW last time i played was BfA briefly. All my characters are missing, my main was a warlock on barthilas under either Lockudown or Waredawg. I also had some characters on boulderfist US and Nerzhul. i have tried deleting cache making a new char etc but it hasn’t worked.
Looking at the Battle.net account you are logged into, Waredawg, this WoW license was created in the last day.
Odds are you have another Battle.net account out there with your characters. Do you recall anything else about your characters? The race and level of your Warlock?

Nevermind, I believe I found it. You have higher level characters on Frostmourne and Barthilas and some others on Boulderfist and Ner’zhul.
I cannot provide the email address to you but I can give you a hint. You are looking for an @Live.com account that starts with your name and ends with numbers.
Assuming you are looking to reactivate that account and not play on this new one, you’ll probably want to put in a refund request. Let them know that you accidentally created a new license and meant to make the purchase on your other Battle.net account.
