Returning to WOW after a long time and can not find old characters. I have tried logging into realms that I thought they might be on with no luck. I have the achievement for reaching lvl 80 but can not find that character. If memory serves me right I had a warlock and rogue
You have several characters on a few realms, Blamp, but none of them are particularly high level.
At most I see level 51, most of these were played back in 2023. You have a few that were created back in 2011, a Priest, Paladin, Warlock and Mage, all in the 20’s to 30’s (which would have been squished to that point around the Shadowlands expansion). I don’t see any older Rogues, just the level 8 created recently.
You should look on Altar of Storms.
You might have another Battle.net account out there somewhere, but we’d need some details to try to hunt those down, like character names/realms/race/class, etc…

That’s the level 32 Blood Elf Warlock on Altar of Storms.

Vrakthris I see where you were able to help Blamp with his request in this topic. So I thought I would test your skills. I am a returning to WOW after a long break… likely 10 years, don’t remember exactly. While almost everything looks correct, I am missing the very first character I played. It was a Paladin played through WotLK expansion. I beleive this was the character I reached Marshal PVP rank. Any chance you can find or restore that one?
Restoration wouldn’t be possible if the character had been deleted. The rules on deleted characters were changed in 2025 and a character 60+ is only held for 365 days now instead of indefinitely.
You could help narrow down the search though by providing more info. Do you have a name or race to go off of?

Check Onyxia. It looks like the majority of your characters were there and Emerald Dream, but you have a level 80 Dwarf Paladin created in 2005 on Onyxia.
Note: Keep in mind that with the Shadowlands expansion we did a level squish, so a level 80 back in 2011 would have squished down to level 30.

Thank you. That is likely the character as I never leveled another Pally after blizzard rebuilt combat mechanics. I will check Onyxia when I log in next. That realm name is familiar. Would have been a Dwarf Paladin.
