I placed a ticket after following the help suggestions in order to find lost characters. I haven’t played since legion. My rogue was max level at the time (Valner - Bleeding Hollow), and I also had a Shaman (Kazrax) and a DK as well. They should all be on the same server Bleeding Hollow
I can still see the pets, mounts and the rest of my collection from before I stopped playing. What else can I do to find these characters?
Make sure you’re logged into the right account, first off. From there, try using a self-help service. It’ll pull up what characters are where.

It doesn’t look like your characters were on Bleeding Hollow, Valner. The only character on that realm for this WoW license is the character you are posting on.
I believe will want to look to Garona for your characters.
You also have characters on Dark Iron and Dethecus. A few others, but most of those are very low level.
Ahh, thanks a lot. Had a place holder on Bleeding Hollow on another account so I thought that was the server. Thank you for the assistance!
