ok these cannot be deleted now I am missing my purple firehawk and my yellow firehawk I also had a depleted kyparium rocket

When u open ur mount tab there should be a option at the top to select ownend all or unlearnt.
I agree you should check your filters, but do you have another Battlenet account? According to the armory your character has the purple firehawk but not the yellow one and not the depleted kyparium rocket.

If fiddling with your filters doesn’t work, I would log on each one of your characters. I know doing that can effect your mount count.
