So, I bought the epic edition of Wrath Classic and got all the items for Classic, but I’m missing the mount from Retail, I submitted a ticket and got a (very unhelpful) auto response that basically told me to figure it out on my own. I wouldn’t care as much but it was almost a hundred dollars I spent. Anyone have any answers?
It would depend on what you classified your ticket as. If you classified it as an in-game issue it likely would get a generic troubleshooting answer. You would need to file it as a “purchase failure” ticket.
