I have logged in on 3 of my main characters that I have played since Vanilla, and all of them were mains during Legion and I raided and got rep exalted on them - but I logged them in to go purchase housing decorations, and I am finding that on my primary main, all Legion reps are Neutral, and my secondary raiding toon from that Xpac only has rep with 1 faction.
Hopefully Vrak or Orlyia can figure out what happened here, but in the meantime may I suggest preparing a remix character as an alternative option? You can get rep very fast in remix, because every world quest and infinite research quest will give you a token for 2000 rep.
I have a few TR done and will likely do that for the short term solution. I got the achieves for the reps back on 17 and 18 lol

I’m not sure which characters you mean, but looking at the most recent ones that were logged in I’m assuming it was your 80 Human Priest, Human Paladin and the character you are posting on? The other characters I can see were created more recently.
So the level 80 Human Priest, it seems they got their Artifact Weapon in 2020. I can see that character quested through the Dreamweavers storyline, which brings you to Honored, the current level that character is at. I don’t see any other progress there.
The level 80 Human Paladin received their artifact weapon in 2017, and they appear to have completed the campaigns for the Dreamweavers and Court of Farondis, which puts them at Honored.
Erisi, looks like they started the Nightfallen quest lines, but only got up to Magic Message. They appear to have completed the Court of Farondis story line, which brought them to Honored.
I’m afraid I can’t verify if any other work was done there, but I’m not seeing all of the quest lines completed that would likely be needed to reach exalted.
I do see that a character received “The Nightfallen” achievement in 2016, and another received the one for the Highmountain Tribe in 2018, but the character must has been transferred and/or faction changed at some point because I can’t see which one did it. It might even have been characters that were deleted some time ago, I can’t say.
You can certainly submit a bug report and our QA can take a look, but there doesn’t seem to be any actionable information available that I think would help here. Sorry, Erisi.

I appreciate the time and response you provided - I am pretty sure that I had gotten the rep achieves on either Erisi or Thracken - as those were the 2 mains i played in legion, with my priest a 3rd - but i cannot argue with what you see. I will just rerun the reps - just a little time investment. all the best and Happy Holidays
