Missing leftover BFA boost

I had an unused BFA level boost on my account, but I just resubbed and now it’s missing.

Try creating a level 1 character on the account that had it.

I had one from pre ordering BFA that I never used. I just resubbed 5 minutes ago and it is missing. I did not use it and should have it.

Do you have multiple Blizzard accounts and are logging into the correct one?

From what I can see, Aggosatku, you upgraded this account with the Battle for Azeroth and Legion bundle, back on 7/12/18. The 110 boost from that bundle was used on 8/1 on a level 29 Blood Elf Paladin on Tichondrius.

I don’t see any other boost purchases.
