So I’ve been grinding the snot out of Plunderstorm, Great experience in both seasons so far, but I still have yet to receive my in game mail for the Keg-Leg’s Silver and bronze?
I’ve earned well over 27k Plunder since the mode came out, nearly 11k of it post-bluepost saying that you need 5k to get the silver and I have yet to get it on any of my characters, I opened a ticket and was told actions were taken but I still have yet to get my reward for it?. I’ve purchased just about every new cosmetic since I had all of them from last season and I have multiple wins under my belt and im curious to know what sort of parameter I haven’t met for the reward.

You’re not alone. I submitted a ticket and was told to submit a bug report. Submitted bug report and asked the ticket whether I could get any assurance I would eventually get the reward. Here’s what I got back: “After reading all the interactions in your ticket, I would like to inform you that we have received various reports that the chest is not arriving in players’ mailboxes. The developers are already aware of this and are working to provide a prompt solution. Please help us by reporting it as a bug so that, along with our internal escalation, the responsible area can assess the impact of this bug.”
So hopefully we’ll see a fix.

Did 5k today. Got the Croc mount. Did not get the Silver.

Looks like the missing tenders just got deposted directly so maybe the other stuff will go soon?
This is still a problem and Blizzard just says it’s ‘investigating it’ and as such have NO work around for Customer Service. So if you don’t get it, tough luck. And no updates.
I just farmed 10k+ plunder today. NO reward in my mail, on ANY character.
You’ll be able to buy it from a vendor on Tuesday.
EDIT: LOL, well you need the currency that many players did not get to buy the items off the vendor.
