My gladiator’s season 9 and 10 elite sets are missing from my void storage. I had taken all of my elite sets out of my bank and placed them in the void storage when that was implemented years ago to save space.
My entire season 11 elite set is there and the season 9 and 10 elite weapons are there but the gear is missing. please help me?
First thing to do is to make sure you’re logging into the right account. We’ve seen a few instances where the default account has switched and people were logging into the wrong one by accident.
Next is to rule out a UI issue by completing a Full UI Reset which will give you a fresh UI with no addons. Check the bank to see if anything shows up with the fresh UI.
