So I upgraded today to shadowlands and I logged of my banking character to shift some items around to other characters and lo and behold when I logged back on to my bank alt she was naked and all her personal items were gone. Her gold was still there and the guild bank was untouched, I checked my other toons and they seem fine. can you help me please. I checked the item restoration for the character and none of the items listed were the ones that had vanished. Please help me, thank you.
This is more then likely a glitch it happens from time to time try a full UI reset

Would it not have affected the toons guild bank and gold as well as my other characters if it was a ui problem?
A corrupted ui can affect multiple toons or just one toon you would be surprised what a corrupted UI can do considering nothing is missing you just seem naked in game a corrupted UI is possible.

Okay, but if as you say nothing is missing why does it say my inventory is full when I fill the one bag that is remaining?
Ui issue can cause a display issue like ur describing nothing missing I bet you use baggon thats more then likely causing it.
Typically when this happens it isn’t a ui issue, but I’d still try the reset first. It just takes a minute to do and if it doesn’t work it is easy to undo if you just rename the folders.
Most of the time this fixes itself in pretty short order, within a day. But I’d still submit a ticket about it just to be sure, and you can close it if it fixes itself before the ticket response.

Yindar is correct, in this particular case it isn’t a UI issue. The items are there, they are just invisible at the moment. They often will show back up after a bit, logging out and back in, updating your password, etc… can help force the account to update.
A Game Master can try to help, but in most cases it just takes a little time for the items to become visible again. This is one of those fairly rare, but elusive bugs that our QA team has been looking into.

Thank you, I did the password change, and no joy, I guess I’ll just have to wait it out. Any idea of the time frame involved? Thanks everyone for your help. I just purchased shadowlands before this happened could that have had anything to do with it?
Unlikely, as this has been happening well before Shadowlands became available and impacts those with and without expansions purchased.
I’m afraid I don’t have a timeframe, it could be 10 minutes or it could be several hours. Be certain to put in a ticket, just in case, so a Game Master can take a look. Just close the ticket if the issue resolves itself.

This is weird right after I submitted the ticket all my stuff came back.
