Missing items

The past few weeks when I use a wild magic pot during raids I’ve had many suddenly disappear. I thought maybe I wasnt keeping track correctly.
However, last night I clicked on a stack of 20 noggenfogger, and with that one click all 20 were suddenly just gone.
I’m not sure what addon it could be, i’ve tried disabling and reinstalling every one I have.
That has not fixed this on-going issue.
Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.

Maybe it’s a visual glitch, and the rest of the pots are still there? I’ve had things like that happen before, to have them re-appear when I log back in later. just a thought
