Seems I am not the only one with this issue… Sure would like to see some corrections finally. I know ppl are busy but this was discovered right after the launch of the WW expansion. Was keeping quite a bit of older mats in another guild for use later or others in my main guild that might like to put them to use for a transmog creation or something similar, However when I logged in the day after launch I discovered that there was a huge ammount of crafting items missing.
Is there a plan to correct this? Anything?
Even reposted another ticket with a gripe about the coffer keys showing up as missing as well which was today 03-14-2025.
Finding this horribly frustrating and am really questioning weather or not to say F it.

How is it you intend on keeping this up and expect to keep a customer base? First the valor stones dissapear, then the Coffer keys… I spent quite a bit of time getting the coffer keys as I had 38 left over on one character. Aside from that I had quite a bit of stuff in my guild that had been gathered over the years and would like to have it back… However at this point I am questioning the worthiness of this entire note… Should I even bother? Or just cancel the whole spiel and find something else to play. As for the guild items have a look at ticket : US100633748. Another thing… Why the hell is it so difficult to submit a ticket??? So Here is my question… continue to play or give up. ( leaning toward the latter after discovering the keys are gone ).
