Missing golds

i just lost 400k golds help

To rule out a display issue, have you done a full UI reset?

What makes you think you’ve lost the gold?

my main char that hav most gold is Whatcanyoudo-Area52 . i did siege of bolarus key then i logout i just leave my char there when i still hav 488k .next day i login that char after i playing my alt monk want craft item for it so i about to trade my gold to warband from my Whatcanyoudo the ret paladin . when i login i still see the siege of bolarus loading screen . then i got dornogal inn . and i just notice i only hav 88000 golds in my inventory. no sign for mailing other chars i check boosting tools addon no logs and stuffs. happen date 1/27/25 sry bad english.

I went back a day - I think this is something in your UI giving you bad info.

You started with about 88k, I see it steadily going up - now to about 188k - but at no time do I see you having more than that.

Can u check more before that day please. I did all disable add-ons and stuff still. ya now I have 188k golds on that char. please maybe two days back. All I remember is I did a siege of bolarus +10 keystone and logout my char in dungeon before that happen. I swear

Ok, I see the problem - it was back on the 25th.

I’d report your account as compromised.

I do see a drop - back then, and what appears to be access uncommon to where you normally log in.

It is odd they’d leave anything behind.

You might also want to take some time to secure your account (new password and add an authenticator) as well as secure the email address associated to the account.

If this was a compromise, they’ll just log back in and attempt to steal it again.

Did someone actually took that or just disappear? It’s weird cuz when I login I remember the siege of bolarus loading screen where I logout before I appear in Dornogal inn so. Not sure it explain this.

It was mailed to one of your alts, then transferred from there.

What and how we may be able to restore your account is up to the restoration folks - but an authenticator is an excellent suggestion.

Gold doesn’t just ‘disappear’. Orlyia said that it looks like the account was compromised which means someone has access to your account login and password.

That’s why I recommend securing your accounts asap.

Ye I did hav that before. I repair my phone and can’t add new one .codes not sending to my new number too .is it cuz of the country? I live in Myanmar from SEA

Might be better to get in contact with Customer Support in regards to that. Myanmar shouldn’t have any restrictions in regards to Blizzard’s platforms, if I recall correctly.

If you already removed the old authenticator, then you definitely don’t need to worry about that step.

As for not receiving text messages from Blizz, you might need to contact your Cellular Service Provider to see if your phone or service accepts these sorts of messages.
