Missing game time?

Hey guys! Hopefully a blue could help figure this out for me. Today, I reactivated my subscription for $14.99. It charged, took off of my card. Yet when I check the battle.net launcher (logged in and out again) and the website; it said that it’s still going to expire on the 28th, even though showing a purchase of the sub in my transaction history. I did deactivate the sub in Aug, paid for the game with a wow token in Sept. and was reactivating with my debit card this month.

If you guys have any idea whats going on, please tell me! I appreciate it!

The 28th is when the game time from your WoW Token will expire. Once that does, your subscription will kick in. The system doesn’t generally mix sources, so independent game time is one listing until it runs out. Sorry for the confusion.

It looks like you have your subscription set up, so it should kick in when the game time on the account runs out. :slight_smile:

Awesome, so the money is being held so the sub can kick in? Sorry, just trying to understand! It threw me off lol.

I imagine so. The funds may be pending approval.
