on the 12th of September I purchased World of Warcraft®: Complete Collection Epic Edition Order Number 718889779 and it comes with 60days of game time but it’s the 30th of September and I only have 29 days of game time left why am I shorted the game time. when I tried to contact support there’s no option to talk to any one about the missing game time
Is that what is showing on your launcher or in your account page?
I had to double check, but none of the versions come with 60 days of game time,just 30 for the epic.

I think they’re talking about the additional game-time the epic form of it comes with.

I see it now. I was on my phone before and I think I hit the Dragonflight Epic instead of the Complete epic.

It doesn’t look like you were, Lairven. There are 31 days in August so from 9/12 to 10/11 would be 30 days. 10/11 to 11/11 is another 30.
Your game time was applied 9/12 13:33 UTC and goes to 11/11 13:33 UTC. I hope that helps.
