I’ve submitted ticket after ticket but keep being told the same thing. They are aware but no ETA on fix. I am missing ALL Items, in ALL tabs, from 40 plus alts. I accepted my loss when I was without power and internet for over a week during Hurricane Beryl, and I lost 100+ mails but this is ridiculous to just lose my entire guild bank for nothing and given no clear update for over a month now.
There is a big thread on this here that has been open awhile.
There is also a blue post pinned on GD.
You are not alone.
And now there’s even an official statement, but do not hold your breath on getting everything back …
Hello Blizzard, where’s my stuff? Been a long time now. I see some of the other posts in the forums have been closed. Any resolution?
I have same issue and Still waiting. Filed all sorts of tickets to get it resolved. Tech support says file a bug report not once not twice but three freaking times. I filed another ticket and also kept my open Original ticket. I am still without my guild’s Bank tabs we lost over 95% of all tabs… Still waiting.
Sorry had my alt on here… this is my Main character.
Eventually they will force your ticket closed and threaten you not to open it again or face account action. Depends on when you get a real person to teach you not to clog up the system with issues they don’t want to help with.
I received a reply to my latest ticket today regarding missing almost all items in 7 guild tabs which stated that they don’t have a workaround or resolution and to submit a bug report and they can’t help any further.
This is an issue that started in mid August. We didn’t get a reply (at least on the U.S. Forums) till September 22nd. Unfortunately, ticketing won’t help. Putting in in-game bug report though, while it won’t get you a resolution, might be good for giving them a better picture of the impact of this mostly-unresolved bug.
They have done “partial restoration” to some guilds. Many guilds got nothing back. Some got a very small amount of stuff compared to what they lost. It is a known bug. Just that they don’t want to do anything about it.
