Missing Crafting Order

Put a public order for a staff a few hours ago. Server stuff started happening and now says ‘No orders found’ and nothing in my mail. Order system down?

An evoker in my guild sent me a work order for the jewelcrafting item for the legendary weapon, which was like 20 dracothyst and some other items, about 150k in mats. I accepted the order, was about halfway through the cast to craft it and was kicked offline due to the server instability.

We both weren’t able to log back in for about 2 hours. When we came back I no longer had any work orders but she never received any of the mats back via mail either.

She checked the “my orders” tab at the work order npc and theres nothing even listed that it was ever sent. Yet the mats are all gone. No idea what happened or whats going on.

I had the exact same issue earlier today, following the server’s issues. I lost an i447 plate chest. Submitted a ticket, but no response yet.

The enchanted wyrm crest work order I sent from one of my alts to my main vanished during the server issues as well as the loot/crest fragments from the second boss in the new dungeon when I had some weird lag after trying to use the AH from the Brutosaur while in the dungeon.

Yup, same thing, me and another person in my guild posted work orders around the time the server was being funky yesterday and now all our mats and the work order have completely disappeared.

There were some issues with the realms yesterday evening.

If these don’t show up after maintenance tomorrow, please do let us know. They expect this to correct after maintenance runs.

just reporting in that i also placed a work order for a “[Enchanted Wyrm’s Shadowflame Crest]” the work order started and then never completed. after the 30 min crafting time out window the work order disappeared as if no order was placed and nothing in the mail.

Same issue, mine was for a recraft tho so now im justg missing an entire item and i i level is in the gutter so not sure how i can even go que. Was a 437 → 447 so im literally just down 30 points on my ilvl missing an entire gear slot

Similar issue for me - placed 2 orders on the Public Order listing and both are no longer listed in My Orders and I did not receive the materials back in the mail.

And anfter 2 days of waiting with ticket, that was just canceled (not by me lol). Just. Canceled. Ticket.

From what I can see, Bleediwe, a Game Master addressed your original ticket asking for a character name.

You appear to have opened a web chat, which is not exactly the same thing. As soon as you navigate away from a webchat the ticket is abandoned. Not closed or otherwise canceled. It is how that system works.

You’ll want to reopen the ticket using the normal ticketing system to provide the requested information. It does look like you have a new ticket open though, so that should be fine.

In the future, the more accurate category would probably be under Gameplay instead of Account. :slight_smile:

I didi new 3 tickets in Gameplay category but i have same reply for my problem, we cant help bla-bla. Another guys have their items on mail after 2 days, but not me. Whats problem? How i can play without weapon?

Illuminating Pillar of the Isles, i have logs with this staff, i have keys with this staff, but its dissapeared now, im not lier or anything else. What i need to do?

As our Game Masters indicated, Bleediwe, the Game Developers are aware of the issue and they are working on it.

I can’t speak for whatever other person you may be referring to and their situation. This is currently the answer our Support staff has for you and this issue. Additional tickets will not change the outcome and three open tickets is excessive, especially when you have been provided an answer.

Please close out those tickets. As soon as a resolution is in place, the item should return to you. Until such time as that happens, or our staff is given direction on how better to address the situation, the answer you received is the only answer they have.

If our ability to directly assist changes I will be happy to update this thread and let you know.
