Hello!
When I logged in this afternoon to collect my mail on this character, I was missing auctions that sold last night. I tried to submit a ticket through support, but couldn’t find the option.
It might help if you could provide some details, Ashtree.
Do you recall what items you put on the Auction House? The approximate final bid? When you placed them on the Auction House?
It was a bunch of various mats I got from thaumaturgy. So some herbs, ore, storm dust, and cloth. I’m sorry I don’t remember the exact items because it was small quantities of everything. I was expecting to get between 1-2k. I posted them early in the morning (between midnight and 4am CST). I know a bunch of it sold before I logged off. Again, sorry for being vague.
Did you have any mail, or none at all?
Is it possible that you accidentally put a super low price on the mats and thus they sold for a fraction of what you were expecting?
I got mail for potions that sold and ones that didn’t sell came in later. These mats are all I’m missing.
EDIT: My UI posts picked up mail in a chat window so I know I didn’t miss anything.
EDIT 2: Nevermind, I figured out what happened. I was up late last night and misremembered what I did. Don’t craft on sleeping pills, folks.
It is hard to say because with Auction House characters especially there are items coming in and going out, usually the same ones as Auctions expire and the items are placed back up for sale.
What I can say is I see some gold being pulls from the mail around 12:15-12:30 CDT today? If I’m doing the conversion from UTC correctly.
It should be:
171 gold, 58 silver, 34 copper
26 gold, 90 silver, 95 copper
153 gold, 46 silver, 63 copper
If I had to guess the 26+ may have been the Cavedweller’s Delight, the 153+ the Tempered Potion. I’m not sure what the 171 would have been. The way the commodities and log lines and how all that is shown to us can be a bit confusing.
I’m not seeing anything that is standing out, Ashtree, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue. It isn’t really something that a Game Master is regularly able to assist directly with and they will usually encourage you to report it as a bug. If you do so in-game from the character in question that information will be included with your report. If you can provide an idea of which items, prices and times as best as you can recall, that could help our QA team with their investigation. Sorry I was unable to find anything definitive.
Even better! LOL Glad you figured it out because the logs were making my eyes cross.
