Missing characters

Just purchased a new PC and after installing Battle.net and wow. I no longer have all my characters and it says I need a new subscription but I am paid up until next January

Do you have a single WoW license on your battle.net account?
If you don’t, make sure you select the right one.

Tried each option with no success and followed the AI support which sucks and still nothing

There is no AI support, there are support articles, but nothing driven by AI.

This is a sure sign you have more then 1 license on your account, and you just need to check the drop down above the play button to make sure you are logging into the correct one.

How do i know which license im on?

There may be a better way, but if you go to your GAMES tab, hit World of Warcraft, it should revert your launcher to what you would be more used to. From there, if you go to the tab where this image says WoW1, from there you can see which license/region you’re on. [image]
