Haven’t played in 14 years.
Successfully login to account. Launched the game and all the characters are missing.
Spent several hours researching and trying “fixes” from Blizzard and other forums, none have worked.
Tried to submit and ticket, only to receive “an error on our end”, over and over, including in and out of game.
Scarlet Crusade was the last server i remember them on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Typically what has happened is your characters still exist, but the data is archived and they no longer appear.
If you’re certain they’re on SC, go ahead and create a character on that realm and log on. That should force the list to repop.

Tried that fix already, but no joy.
Considering going to literally every server, as i have read that “it is possible” that they were moved.
I’m not aware of Blizzard ever unilaterally moving characters on retail servers.
Anyway, hopefully a support forum specialist can help you!
If you’re having difficulties with tickets, try another browser. The in-game support feature also relies on your browser (Safari on Mac, I guess Edge on Windows), so maybe try Firefox or some other application.
You may also want to try temporarily disabling your virus protection / firewall.
Standard check, but are you sure you added game time to the same license you were on back then? not like an old trial account you forgot you had and activated instead of the main one?
Also, for future reference, necroing a post from 4 years ago and making a new thread at the same time probably qualifies as spam, and won’t get your question answered any faster. One of the blues who are usually active here might be able to help, but they aren’t going to do anything before getting into the office.

I think I found the license you are talking about, Mursabirise - but that was moved to another Battlenet quite some time ago - and is also being actively played.
If you need to contest being the account holder, that will need to be done through tickets, and will take quite a bit of proof.
It was an older named license that was once on this Battlenet.

Thanks for the update.
I do remember blizzard offering to merge accounts.
It is very possible I did make the move.
Assuming that i did find the account, would i still have to try the “fixes” to populate the character list?

You might want to figure out who has been playing your account first, since it can’t have been you.
