I have made a ticket already but that went from a few hours to near three days wait. I don’t think I should have to wait 3 days now because of some issue on Blizzards end I’m guessing.
Anyway long story short. None of my characters on Windseeker Burning Crusade are showing but yet they’re showing and grayed out on the other Classic era I guess is it’s new name now. Just they are waiting to be cloned which I don’t want to do.
Need help please can’t play the game like I would like to.
You might need to wait on your ticket. Had you previously cloned the characters that you’re looking for onto the Burning Crusade servers?
The time you see for a ticket isn’t a countdown, but rather the longest ticket currently in queue. Most tickets, last I heard, were hovering closer to the 24 hour mark.
Only other question might be, does your retail WoW have game time on it so that you can access the Classic/TBC servers?
I just added time to my account yesterday I haven’t been on it for a few months. Never did the cloning thing cause it’s not something I want to do. And it shows on the Classic era one that they’re sitting in Burning but not there at all. Even after resetting all the cache, ui and everything.
Just letting you know that this doesn’t help because my characters aren’t even showing up in Burning even though it says they’re there.
I spent the entire day yesterday trying to figure everything out so I could return so far it’s been a waste of money. I have no intention of continuing in Retail until Dragonflight.
Yes, but they only showed the characters on Classic Era and not on Burning Crusade Classic so I wanted to see if the levels were different between the two versions… .
Thanks. I’m not sure what happened there, but we’ll check it out.
The reason I ask is because we retired the Character Clone service yesterday. So if you never actually activated those characters on Burning Crusade Classic, then them disappearing sounds like it would be expected.
Or if you may have deleted them at some point, that would make sense to.
I was trying to get a better timeline on events. Like, when was the last time you saw the characters on Burning Crusade? I’m not aware of any issues on this, and after checking with some folks, I don’t know if there is anything that can be done to recover them.
Darn. My fear is I think they might be on my WoW3 account but I’m not sure as I need to figure out how to use the gold scattered on my main account to get a token.
You have several characters on your WoW#3 for BCC. They are on Azuresong, Grobbulus, and Sulfuras. A level 1, 2 and two level 6’s, for reference.
You’d need to have the gold on the same realm in order to use it to buy a Token and activate the account. I took a look on several of your characters across all three WoW licenses and it doesn’t look like you have that. Unless I missed a banker character that has hordes of gold on them.
Ok so yeah then it seems just on my main account something is funky. Do you think that maybe me deleting them on Classic era will kinda reset BCC list or am I just sol on that idea?
