after i bought 10 tokens using gold, i realized 13 of my toons are gone from the character login screen. i did search for their name but nothing. this happened on 16th dec. i did write a ticket but no response.
Characters dont just go poof the usual culprit is logging into the wrong account or classic instead of retail.

u might not believe this but it happened. i seacrhed them up in wow site and no data
Tust me toons dont just go poof have u tried teh undeelete on the character screen or even realm select and making sure ur on the right realm.

To be fair you said nothing on what u did or didnt do other then i opened a ticket waiting on a response not sure what category there realy isnt a category for this.

Response times vary depending on the category of support you requested, only a scant handful of options have response times in under 24 hours and they’re primarily for to make sure players are back in game as soon as possible when issues crop up that may be out of their control.
Just have to be patient and wait for your ticket to reach the front of the queue for servicing.
In the meantime, if you’d like to provide any name-realm combinations you can remember for any of our forum SFAs to take a peek for, please do edit them into your OP or add them in a new reply. They can often work some S&R faster than a ticket can.

Was this on a different Battle.net account, Bankdewa? I don’t see any tickets from this account.
It might help to know what characters (name/realm) you believe you are missing.

i realized all my toons in barthilas was gone.since i cant use the restored button on logging screen because i dont have any toon there, i created a new one. and suddenly all my toons in barthilas appeared. might be a bug.
