I purchased the midnight expansion and still have not recieved the character boost, its a joke trying to submit a ticket, all it wants you to do is select an option or try something ‘common’ and no way to submit a ticket. can i get some help.
Is your purchase marked as Completed in your Transaction History here on the website?

If it is marked as Completed, be sure to look at the top right of your character screen for the boost.

It can take a little time for a purchase to fully process. Did you just recently make it?
If you don’t receive the boost after 24hrs you can put in a Purchase Failure ticket to get looked at.
Sometimes logging out completely and back in will help make prompt it to appear as well.
Edit: here’s a link you can use, after 24hrs if it doesn’t show up.

yes it is but there is no option on character screen
While my screen shows the previous boosts on my account (never used any), this is the location of where it will appear. I haven’t upgraded to Midnight yet.

ok thanks for the link there, i was going nuts clicking topic, button and nothing to submit a ticket, and my character screen still doesnt show
Your level of organization for your characters is impressive, Kyzera.
Weird. I haven’t seen it take that long. I believe the advice is to create a new character and then log into and out of it. Close the game and then restart it. That should hopefully refresh the display and show the Boost Icon in the right corner of the Character Selection screen.
