Did the Luminous Luminaries event on Thursday and got the Jelly Jam and Submersible Propulsion Unit, both have a 5 day buff. Just logged on this morning and realized those buffs are missing? It’s been less then 5 days since the event.
It looks like both items require the event to exist. I’m not sure on the buff, but since this event is over I’d think the buff falling off might not be a bug. But it also doesn’t appear to persist through character death either.
Best bet if in doubt is to put in a bug report.

Don’t think the event is required, otherwise it wouldn’t be a 5 day buff. It might be a bug but before I post in the bug forums, I want to see if any CS rep has any insight on this.
If a blue responds or not you will want to post in the bug report forum or submit a bug report. Either way that will not effect you getting a reply. Of course you might not get a reply.
Have you googled this to possibly see what others might have to say. The answer might be out there.
FYI it is Sunday so you might not get a reply right away and they might not have a answer. But I suspect this buff could have been meant to end with the event regardless of how long it said it lasts or could be a bug.

Either way you will not be getting the buffs back but if it is a bug they could possibly fix it for the next time.
