I’ve seen some people kind of nudge it through by cancelling an auction or buying something, but they are aware of it and are trying to fix it. If it’s not come through after 72 hours, submit another ticket. Sounds like you got the template response, but if you hit the “I still have an issue” (assuming this is after the 72 hour window), it’ll put you back into a higher queue to be in contact with a GM.
