Hello. I sold an auction for 36,000 gold yesterday around 12:30 PM PST. I submitted an ingame ticket and waited for the hotfix but it still has not shown up. I was told to submit the bug info here by in-game support for further visibility of the issue.
I’ve seen some people kind of nudge it through by cancelling an auction or buying something, but they are aware of it and are trying to fix it. If it’s not come through after 72 hours, submit another ticket. Sounds like you got the template response, but if you hit the “I still have an issue” (assuming this is after the 72 hour window), it’ll put you back into a higher queue to be in contact with a GM.
Thank you. I did try the cancelling or buying something but to no avail. I’ll wait out the 72 hour period with my fingers crossed.
Hopefully it’ll pop up before then for you. <3 Other folks who’ve come across this issue, I’ve yet to see any who have come back to report stuff still missing after that 72-hour mark. So I’ll keep my fingers crossed it’ll be the same for you that it comes through.
