I’ve heard it’s either on the first toon you login on, or it’s an item in mail. I don’t have it, can it be granted to my character so I can complete it?
This is correct, but it doesn’t appear your posting character is the one that fit that requirement. Do you recall the first character you logged into when the pre-patch went live?
maybe we have to wait for the next update for the quest to appear since it can only be given at login? or maybe end subscription and resubscribe?
