Has anyone else been invited and plan on skipping? With the level cap being set to 5 and so little time we can even play I don’t think it’s worth it to me. I know Blizzard says it’s important for people to log in between the 4-6pm PDT window but I don’t have unlimited gaming time and running around killing boars sounds pretty dull.

However there is a cap on the number of PTR accounts, and having 2 means you CANNOT get into Beta, because they can’t add a 3rd.

Is that true? I have two WoW accounts on my battle net (though only one has an active sub.) My ptr is listed as WoW 3. So am I just screwed?

Two accounts is fine. Two PTR accounts is not. I currently have 8 accounts listed. 6 are live, 2 are PTR.

I chased this up with Customer Support (and even had to prod them to look further), and it turns out the fact that I have 8 game accounts is what’s blocking me from any invites.

So I’m getting the 2 PTR ones removed.

Sorry for the confusion, Eloraell. I did edit my earlier sentence, but you had already quoted the old version.

As I said, feel free to contact Support directly to have one of the PTR licenses removed. It shouldn’t impact your ability to be invited into beta, as I don’t believe a beta account is considered to be a “test” account like a PTR license is, but it may cause an issue.
