What’s the current deal with mining nodes? I’m on whitemane
Tryna level mining and they’re basically non-existent.
I just flew around Hellfire for 1 hour (Yes I timed) and saw 1 fel iron node. I followed a well reviewed farming guide as well so its not like I was just in the wrong place.
Is the respawn just that bad, or are bots just camping these? It’s pretty much impossible to farm anything and level with a rate of 1 node an hour.
Mithril Ore was pretty much the same in Tanaris, less than 5 nodes an hour.
Well, some people are saying blizzard reduced the amount of layers drastically, I am unsure if this is true, so this is speculation.
Reduced layers work greatly in favor of farming bots, less layers = less nodes/resources, and what nodes there are, bots get to them before players, as they tend to couple their bottling with hacks, speed, teleport and otherwise.
IF this is true, gold sellers and their bot fams will likely be able to achieve economic superiority and control the market, as actual players cannot compete against them. They could then, technically, drive the price of gold back up, as it’s pretty low atm
