Mini-Map Quest Arrows Gone?

I admit I haven’t played wow in years. But I thought I remember that the mini map used to point towards quest objectives with yellow arrows?

If so, I’ve gone through all of the options and can’t find a setting that enables them. I have 5 quests tracked but no arrows on the minimap pointing anywhere.

I’ve also tried resetting my UI, and I don’t have any addons.

Am I incorrect in the arrow tracking on the minimap? Also I though there was tracking on the large full screen map as well… that doesn’t seem to be working either.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated…thanks!

Nope, only way to get those was with addons or wait till a later expansion. Back in Vanilla and TBC there was an addon called Carbonite that did that, but not the default UI.

TomTom + Questie together (just make sure you get the extra addon that integrates the two) is an alternative.
