will Mimiron’s Head be 1% when ToGC launches or do you think they’ll keep it at 100%
In original Wrath it lasted until Cataclysm prepatch. As for now I doesn’t seem like Blizzard wants to change that. You can just wait and see.

They kept in Plagued/Black Protodrakes as things you could obtain after their content cycle. Seems fair Mim’s head stays 100%. It was only ever dropped to 1% before because the content became trivial, and the mount was supposed to be an achievement.
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): This mount is no longer a guaranteed drop.
Prepatch Cataclysm.
It will keep being 100%. Cutting edge and aotc will be going away.

Honestly I don’t see why it was ever changed in Cata to begin with. It’s not like you could pull up to Ulduar and solo HM Yogg-Saron in Cataclysm, probably only starting in WoD or Legion could you do something like that

Eh, yeah, but it would be nice if they kept it at 100% for a little past Cata if they do do Cata. Kinda like the Naxx10/25 achievement drakes still being obtainable past the patch of which they were made unobtainable
They could do that, sure. However, I doubt they will do that. It’s almost always the case that once an expansion is over, every “prestige” mount is made hard to get or impossible.
I bet it would be far more profitable if it was just for 5 tokens.
People may not have been able to solo it, but it was certainly drastically easier in Cata and onward, to the point that they wanted to preserve some of the prestige behind it.
I kind of remember 3-5 manning it, although I don’t remember if that was in Cata or MoP. I think it was Cata.
