LOL, oh wow. Just googled this information. Yeah, not worried. BF6 hype train aint stopping for nothing. Seems like the biggest outrage is a certain person’s family tied to the buyout.

While some certainly have that concern, the other major problem is that it’s one of those leveraged buyouts which often spell intentional doom for the company being bought out.
This is how Toys R Us died, as just one example.
So while it’s not a guarantee, what often happens with these types of buyouts is the buying party will extract all possible profits from the purchased company until they can’t get any more money from it, then saddle the purchased company with all the debt and close it.
So the future of EA, and therefor BF6, is pretty bleak. This may not happen but it often does so it’s not like we’re talking about a remote possibility here. The deal is set to close in early 2027, so we still have time to enjoy the game. But after that there’s a high likelihood BF6 will essentially become wrecked by predatory monetization and mass layoffs that make anything EA or Activision-Blizzard has ever done look tame in comparison.
Edit: Just to reiterate, leveraged buyouts or whatever they are called are very different from your typical mergers or company purchases. Yes the latter often includes layoffs and such, but the former is literal intentional destruction of an entire company.

I think the saddest part was - them passing over every single question about the premade ‘‘issue’’ for a question about Comp Stomp… which was addressed four times already. Major slap in the face to some of you.
All of the years gone by… all of the complaints - to get overshadowed by Comp Stomp.

0 wether about premades or not.
I’m not sure what your tripping on that made you think that qna was somehow a victory for anybody. They basically said they wanted to get more new players into pvp and called all the 20 year sweats a bunch of great whites.
If anything you should’ve wanted them to answer a question about it so that you could of said for sure that it was intended. But you cant cause they still didn’t even adress epics as a whole let alone premades.

You are trying to have a sincere conversation with an afk honor bot sponge. The guy every single game I’ve been in with him he was afk almost the whole game. With his honor level track, he is also playing 14 hours minimum a day in battlegrounds non stop. Blizz needs to sunset his account for the sack of his future blood clot legs and general health.
