Im posting for a friend who is to shy to ask, but she purchased the epic version of Midnight that comes with Beta access BUT it has been 5 days and still no access to beta..
they mite be doing invites in waves just to get the obvious outa the way the purchase says completed.

How are they checking? Should be in the account drop down, under the In Development tab, where the PTR is also.

Does the pre-purchase beta still require you to opt-in on the website? has she tried that?
Either way, fully close down and log out of bnet on her PC, clear the battle.net app cache, then boot it up, sign in, and see if it’s there.

But just to get the elephant out of the room, it is the digital pre-purchase, right? Not the CE from the gear store?

If it was digital and not collector’s edition, have them check their transaction history to make sure the purchase completed.

A family member recently upgraded, took a bit, but it did show up shortly after purchase for install.
Also make sure they have a PTR license set up.

Have she completely logged out of Battle.net application and relogged back in. Sometimes that is all the it takes for it to show up.

It was gifted to her so that was the first thing we checked was to see if it showed up, it shows her as midnight on the account page. I will forward the ptr creation page to her to ensure we check that
When that’s done, try the clear cache and log out and back into bnet to force it to update.
