If we don’t hear more about next expac soon and how this time it’ll be different to justify a $44 price tag after you just fired who knows how many WoW people? I probably won’t buy the expac.
Now if Microsoft cancels WoW for whatever reason, I’ll never buy Windows again.

I feel without a certainty that the recent events while unfortunate may lead to better things, although worse could be on the horizon, but one thing is sure, we wont be sure until that time comes and even then things can change on a dime. Lets keep talking about it. I’m sure we will figure it out with all of the experts that we have here.
Sure, but I imagine your system has some kind of metric that shows call volume, who is answering what, and calls being missed.
As long as you are hitting a certain number, your boss will glaze you.
Metrics like that are how you know if your people are doing what they are supposed to be doing, and good managers will be using those systems whether the person is in the office or not.
I don’t know what you’re expecting. We already know all of the major systems so none of that is going to change…the best you can hope for is more details as it enters alpha and beta.
If you’re unhappy with what you already know, just go ahead and accept you’re not buying it.

My calls are never missed. I elected to get a wireless headset so I could clean.
Like I said previously, I may be in jammies all day and playing video games all day, but my job is #1. The volume is low, that’s all there is to it… I have a lotttttttttt of free time. People call in, I tell them their benefits, look at claims etc. Calls may take 5 minutes, they may take 30 minutes.
Prior to this job, I worked for Apple… That job was constantly in queue day by day, I would easily take 60 to 80 calls per day, it was horrible. I worked there for 6 years. Starting as Order Support, moved to Apple Care and again moved to Mac. I said screw it, I was sick of having to take assessments every year lol.
And then I found this job and my lawd is it wonderfulllll

You seem extremely naive if you think someone being in an office for 8 hours means they’re actually working for 8 hours.

You’re not really disproving/dismantling what they said. These people would be pretending to rummage through papers when someone’s looking or disappearing for 20-minute bathroom breaks or something in an office setting.
It turns out different settings can lead lazy people to use different tricks.

If “no one” is constantly running into people in the overworld, seeing the “max” number of people at the phased world events, having at least 3-4 other people at every mini event, and seeing the main zone towns full of people running around, then I’m okay with that. Granted, this is just on World Tier 3 for the moment.
Maybe I just get lucky with the shards I’m phased into, but I’ve not encountered the “dead af” that I keep hearing about.
I know right. Maybe we’ll get lucky and the next Blizzard president won’t even play WoW. /s

Not my thing either, but the love and passion people spent years pouring into it. Only to have it cancelled. As in canceled for real. Not social media nonsense. It seems the whole Survival Game team was let go.
