Itās a lot of Nightwish, Symphony X, Within Temptation and the Beowulf soundtrack thrown in for good measure. I havenāt played it in quite a while.

I like to throw this bit out in music threads. Itās timestamped. Probably my favorite piece of music tbh, even if I probably wouldnāt say the song in general is my favorite song.
I also recently found these guys. Every single song just makes me think of the Necromancer boss from Castle Crashers, and Iām not sure thatās a good thing in the long run, but for now I enjoy it:

Atreyu, BFMVā¦thereās more. Not sure if I consider Disturbed to be a true member of the genre considering some of the bands Iāve seen listed here, but I still like em. Iām super (read - SUPER) bummed that they cancelled their 20th anniversary of The Sickness tour earlier this week. It was supposed to be last year but we all know that didnāt happen. When tickets first went on sale early last year I had recently come into a small chunk of money so I bought a tailgating VIP ticket package to include freaking fantastic seats and meet & greet with the band backstage for my sister from another mister and myself, and now I dunno if Iāll ever be able to afford something like that again (cause I definitely need that money for other things right now when they finally refund me). Did I mention Iām super bummed?
