my combo point sounds are metal riffs that build to a nice obvious lick so…yes.

Got to know this band just because, my brother was looking stuff at a record store and thought I may like it, this happened almost 20 years ago 
Love this thread, named my guild 14 years ago based on a Metallica song. Also, listen to metal while gaming all the time, so this thread has given me some good leads on other bands to listen to. Keep it going!

I seem to listen to mostly progressive metal/djent and various subgenres of modern death metal. I occasionally go back to listen to the metalcore bands I grew up with.
