Meta changes?

Plz try to fix the game. There are actual indie games with developer teams in the single digits with less than 1% of the resources you guys have that does more for an aspect of the game. It’s beyond a meme at this point. No after LAN is not an acceptable answer. Who cares about the few teams competing that represents less than .01% of the population when ladder is unplayable

  1. Posting on an alt
  2. Using grammar like “ur” like you’re still a 7th grader that still goes to raves
  3. Saying things like chara like an even more beta version of crusader
  4. Autistic name
  5. You probably have a beta cuck name like Cody or something, stop.

This week I actually have noticed a lot more aff locks, sub rogues, frost mages, ele shaman, frost dk’s (this one really puzzles me), etc than I have before. I don’t exactly know why though.

idk what mmr you que at because I’ve been seeing none of those except for the occasional ele sham.

This was last night at like 1900-2k mmr, maybe it was just weird rng but we came across 2 diff aff lock spell cleaves back to back, sub rogue/m/pala, aff lock/ele/something can’t remember, some horrible frost DK team that was somehow like 2k. It is sort of low rating, but I hadn’t seen a single aff lock all season then saw 3 within an hour

They all seemed pretty bad though except the ele teams (I was playing ele/spriest fwiw) and maybe the sub/mage/pala, that just seemed like normal rmpala but in slow motion. Although we did mess up against the first aff lock team and my ele got globalled

The lost expansion for warrior pvp at this point

All of those specs if played to 100% effectiveness do still have some PvP merit, the issue with what we consider “underperforming specs” in this meta is those spec’s are either lacking strong burst or have weak survivability for a dampening meta.

Aff / Frost DK are prime examples of specs that could easily become really strong with just some minor number tuning and minor changes to talents while in PvP scenarios.

  • Affliction just needs port baseline, and minor bumps to overall dot damage + unstable affliction needs to hit hard when dispelled again. You would instantly see the spec played again more often.
  • Frost has really good control and faster runic power generation for death strikes then it’s UH counterpart, the biggest issue with the spec is all of its damage in PvE is built around Breath of Sindrigosa (which is massively nerfed in PvP) and its other viable talent option is Obliteration isn’t great because Obliterate hits way to weak compared to how it was in legion (It’s a main spender that only crits for 10-12k… lol)
