You can click the ‘exit vehicle” or type /leavevehicle or /dismount.
I had this issue and uses the history book to teleport back to the isles.
In General, Merrix was there for me but was stuck on the initial conversation that you have and not giving me the “quest” text. In the end after speaking with several GM’s. The devs are aware of this issue but have not yet found a “fix” for it. Other than, with another toon, I did the beginning part of the TWW and was able to go back to the first toon and finish the Recap (just as someone indicated earlier in this thread). This is kind of upsetting in the fact that it is aid that a “new” player can “catch up” with this Recap quest. I enjoyed the Recap (minus this frustration) but a “New” player wouldn’t be able to use this to catch up having to also play through the regular questing to a certain point.
To be clearer, I cannot get back to the Isles unless i go to the book, and reopen the Recap and have it teleport me back to the bugged instance of the game.

jai discuter avec des mj et jai regler mon probleme ! si tu na jamais fait la campagne de tww tu doit ABSOLUMENT passer par la quete a silithius . Et OUI si tu a deja tous fait le recap (rapel) tu va devoir Tous refaire mais en beaucoup mieu et plus detailler ….
The simple fix would be to simply progress the player through the full TWW questline as they move through the recap, so there isn’t any discrepancy between their progress in the recap and the actual TWW campaign. Doesn’t seem like it would be that complicated of a fix, though it would prevent the player from going back and doing the full questline after they finish the recap.
Same issue as me. I actually restarted the whole series thinking I missed something only for both issues to happen again
Bump. I am having the same issues. My character is progression locked with how bad this bug is. you cannot fly because of it, you cannot do dailies, weekly’s, world quest’s, or anything. all i can do is BG’s and dungeon que. i cant even fly..
this bug going unaddressed is an issue. i am a returning player and this does not make me want to continue with blizz. however my friend spent 2m ingame currency to get me the game and im not going to make him waste it, so im in it for the longhaul. but, my other friends seeing this have been turned off from purchasing the game. whats worse is my game time still counts down even though i cannot do anything but bg’s and dungeons

I set my Hearthstone to the Innkeeper by the FP in Dornogal.
After I close the book and it ports me back, I can just hearth.
Same help plz blizaard :S
well this has gone unfixed my toon is unplayable, refunded 12 month sub plus top tier expansion pack, you guys have fun <3

Stuck here as well. Submitted at ticket even though it looks like it don’t matter. Between this not being able to transfer Legion Remix characters I really wish I’d have saved my money and not bothered checking out WoW again. This is crazy that this game breaking bug is known about and not addressed in anyway.
Edit: GM response boils down to “ We know about it and can’t do anything. Have a great day!”
How is this not fixed a week later? Returning player and refunded. Wont be returning anytime soon at this rate.
Weirdly I went on my boosted 80 to do the destroyed Dalaran line or whatever, completed the same quests my alts that can’t fly in Dornogal did, and he was able to fly there. Now they all can.
Same issue here, I’ve now done this very lengthy recap chain twice just to not be able to turn it in. Super frustrating.
I can’t even pick up the suggested quests “The War Within” or “Visions of a Shadowed Sun” - I press accept quest and nothing happens.
Well its been a week since the patch came out and no response from Blizzard on this. “Cool”

Mismo problema…
Still broken. I have tried everything. I returned to the game and now I regret it big time. I feel bad for new players that are going to bounce off the game because of this game breaking bug.
Also stuck…. No blues on this huge thread is insane. This would have constant updates in wows prime.
