Merging (?) accounts

So I was playing pre-covid with one email addy. resigned post-covid with a different email addy. Is possible to merge the two?

No its not possible to merge accounts.

Combine Battle.net Accounts

You cannot merge multiple Battle.net accounts, merge multiple copies of a game into a single game account, or move games from one Battle.net account to another. Customer Support will not assist with bypassing these restrictions.

I put in a ticket and did this, although it was a few years ago

Unfortunately they changed that in the past year or so, they can no longer move licenses from one account to another.

This has changed since then. With the introduction of Warbands this expansion, they no longer provide this service.
