Stop it with jv its dead. It never served a purpose outside of the few months it was straight up op and got nerfed.

Other suggestions couls be good but jv is just another constraint because of pvp and pushing jv to exiat in pvp would change how the entire spec is balances

And possibly a bug, The entire point of adding a DoT to it is for haste scaling if I remember correct.
