No you won’t. They’ll charge you for a faction change that very few Horde will take advantage of.

People advocating for merc mode are the same people warning labels are targeted towards-

Why do people like you act like re-rolling is just such an impossibility, do you need an instruction guide… Here
- yah click Change realm at the top of your screen
- yah click a new server
- yah click select server (or double click on that server)
- yah click create a new character, or it automatically takes you to the character select screen
BE SUPER CAREFUL HERE, THIS IS WHERE IT GETS TRICKY FOR SOME PEOPLE
- yah then chose one of the ALLIANCE races
- yah chose your class
- name your char something spicy
- hit create new character.
Bam you’re done then you enter world and play as you normally would on a level 1

Why would I care if you cancelled your sub. Works for me, I get to enjoy marginally shorter que times now, actually works in my benefit.

Small minded point of view. No, it really doesn’t screw alliance. It makes the game reasonable for a vast majority of the player base. When you wake up every day and think to yourself: At least I’m alliance and get easy battle ground ques that’s something worth playing for. You’re a genuinely dumb person and should reevaluate your life.
I think I have shorter queues sure. But I also dread trying to summon ANYONE to ANY instance as there’s always 10 horde standing around it with no alliance.
Are you saying Blizzard should make alliance/horde layers around stones? I didn’t think so.
If you’re so disadvantaged just re-roll.
No mercenary mode. Just faction transfer, or extra account alliance-side boosts.

Merc mode would help, but they could also just enable horde -> Ally ONLY transfers. this would be a better solution IMO. ally get better pop and horde reduces que times. easy fix too.
Okay. This is a real low quality post but here we go:
Yes it really does. Alliance already has it bad in most areas of the game. Even instanced pvp, it’s still pretty crap. Sure, we get in quick, but we tend to lose quick too. With that being said, as has been stated 1000000 times already-Mercenary mode is a retail feature that can rot in retail. It will further incentivize people to play the zerg faction, and exacerbate faction balance issues that the Alliance already faces and has faced for the duration of classic.
I know-You just got here for TBC. We’ve been here for a little while longer and have investment in our characters.
The game is already reasonable for a vast majority of the player base. With that in mind, you and 18 other apes making claims that long queue times were either unforseeable or are actually more pressing than gameplay and design issues that Alliance has faced with no redress since the inception of classic is actually pretty ridiculous.
Considering the fact that I’ve taken the time to address you, a terribly low quality forum troll in the depth that I have: This is one point that you may actually have a leg to stand on.

They just need to put in account wide faction change per server
Except when your sub runs out you won’t be able to post in the forums anymore. Also, you won’t be able to queue BG’s.
