Mend Pet / Revive Pet Bug

Just adding that the devs know about it and are working on a fix, but couldn’t get it up for maintenance today.

Our current solution will be to make Mend Pet and Revive Pet into separate pet utility buttons that are no longer automatically swapped back and forth based on your pet’s state.
