a lot of servers are deadge. Benediction, once the king of alliance population is now a pathetic 3.5k players total. Pagle has almost double the players now. Horde has 2 realms that are double benediction. Please merge alliance and horde realms. Hell, you could merge all the servers and it would still be smaller than that population of one of the mega servers in wrath. Cata really lost a ton of players. Probably because of blizzards lies about the revamped AH, bug fixes, a faster progression of phases ( lol 5 months of the same raid )

I mean its going to happen. If MOP happens, and I kinda stress if bc they have been doing their damn hardest to kill it here in Cata, the servers will get another mega squish. I am certain a few stupid moves will be made for “reasons” so those servers crash and die hard and their players quit, but just like with the WOTLK servers it will get smashed down even further.

They will need to merge all the servers together if they release mop. Especially looking at how the numbers drop with each new expac. People are quiting because the devs dont care about classic. The content draught is real and they said they learned from it but they really havent.
imagine if blizz merged Farlina and bene together.

Doesnt take a brain surgeon to see the numbers tanking with all the servers being shut down since classic first launched

It’s common sense to observe that the number of subscribers has decreased as the server population has dwindled; they coincide with each other. Who would have thought?
Servers get shut down when the server pop drops server pop drops when people stop playing.
Can we call this mega server “Gotham”? 
Servers were getting shut down during Classic.
