Gnomest. It has been a while. You may remember my distant cousin, Derbert.

I do remember him fondly.

I am pleased to see you have not abandoned your demon hunting ways, however, I must express some disappointment that you have not yet implemented upgrades.

My upgrades are hard to see. My backstory has me as kind of an android gnome demon hunter. I look like a being of flesh, but its just cause the nanotechnology works so good. As you can imagine though, I am not too welcome among purists when it comes to rp.

What is the point of RPing just another elvish demon hunter, or undead warlock, or human paladin? If you’re going to RP, RP something original and fun.

My character will likely always remain this way although occasionally I do swap to my pirate outfit. I am mostly subbed for the forums at the time so I haven’t done much gender, customization or outfit swapping.

I share a realm with a Human Warlock that joined the Maldraxxus army. She’s really into Demonology and Necromancy. She also wonders why I have not joined the Maldraxxus army.

As far as I know so far, Night Fae grants me more strength than Necrolords through Death’s Due in the long run. I know Emeni is a tough girl that gives up to 15% strength. But such power is sadly temporary.

Death’s Due also grants me a bit more selection in terms of Soulbinding. I’m also looking for a Mammoth Soul. If there is one… Someday.

I feel a… kinship with the Maldraxxi. What we have done with mechanization, they have done with flesh. Plus, being technically dead and all, I do feel more at home with those who have a more… Azerothian style in death. Dead things on Azeroth don’t look like the Kyrian, Venthyr, or Night Fae. They look like the Maldraxxi.

Yes, the Shadowlands have drawn much of our attentions. I may reprogram my first Prime Directive to include the Maldraxxi. “Serve the Ebon Blade and Maldraxxus” seems to be the most logical choice.

I don’t blame you. They’re very efficient and capable defenders themselves.

Yeah I love Mechagnomes! I love using them for spare parts. I love selling their mechanical body parts on the black market. I love to upload trojan viruses to their firmware and corrupt their systems. I love to loosen their bolts and watch them try to run.

I don’t know if it’s new or not (I just found out about it today)…but the mechagnome swim animation uses our mecha-hands as propellers!!!

Our fingers rotate back and our hands spin at the wrist to propel us forward.

I’ve gotten word mechagnomes are getting a new swim animation. If someone with trust level 3 can link this I’d appreciate it. The new animation looks great.

Confirmed.

I just flew out over Lion’s Rest and took a dive. My hands suddenly became like little propellers. This is true mechagnome ingenuity at work.
