Mechagnome Love Thread šŸ„°

Indeed.

Iā€™m planning to utilize the anima systems inherent within Bastion to see what nifty devices I can create. Though I do intend to check into some of the powers within the other Covenants.

Maldraxxus and Revendreth sound like they will be most promising.

Who is this Fezzy person? I hear hes amazing. :stuck_out_tongue:
(hes me before anyone thinks Iā€™m being serious and this is a joke.)

Iā€™m sure it can.

This expansion has been tumultuous for many so I expect it will be later in the expansion when we see some more activity here.

Still its a good idea to check in.

Iā€™m most curious how everyone is doing and what theyā€™re up to!

You should bring em by so we can say hi!

Its always nice to see more of our kind around.

Got mine, finally. Buh bye flesh-limbs.

Mine is a Hunter called Megaman and got the red robot dog and named it Rush

Salutations my friend!

Our previous fleshy limbs were only holding us back. Good riddance I say!

Oh, that red D.A.W.G. unit was hard to get back in bfa.

Very nice!

Megaman works well.

Nice helmet, Coaxial. :o

Thank you!

Iā€™ve been working hard to get my targeting systems to work within this Alliance Helmet.

Iā€™m rather fond of the plume on itā€¦

Thereā€™s a reason I tease my hair into this style. It adds the illusion of height. Iā€™m practically the gnomish equivalent of a runway model.
I assume the plume serves a similar function?

I think the armor in general helps others take me more seriously.

My size and bulk are both enhanced.

If that fails application of a metal limb into the soft tissue tends to help.

The plume seems to add a certain respect from some denizens of Azeroth and the Shadowlands. Apparently it once denoted ranking in some of the militaries involved.

Meanwhile when I fight other members of the Alliance and Horde alike.

They never seem to expect a Death Knight from Ardenweald.

Bezren/ChrisP hereā€¦ this is my highest mechagnome so far.

So rarely played that I canā€™r remember her appearance/transmogā€¦ i will have to look at her profile.

I appreciate you all though.

Thank you my half metal friend!

We appreciate you as well!

No one ever does.

So since getting to work with the Kyrian Iā€™ve discovered that they make plenty of constructs to assist in their duties.

Iā€™ve begun fabrication with my owlkin of a new robotic drone based off of their design.

Iā€™ll include many of my innovations from the last two years, (cloaking field, nanite recovery, and fel cores for power.) but Iā€™m going to utilize anima as a way to improve energy transferance.

It might even work better than my fabricated pseudo chi system.

I am most excited.

I truly admire your openness to new forms of energy. I seem locked into Fel energy thinking patterns. I keep finding new mysteries within Fel but I wonder if a broader view would improve my Reaver constructs?

So far the Venthyr know how to party

Maybe check in with Demon Hunters or Mortis for that?

Demon Hunters know nothing of Fel Reavers.

To be fair, neither do I.

But I have one! I got it from Archimonde.

You lucky :sob:.

I have yet to get Invincible either if I am motivated to farm Icecrown that is.

Not as a wheelchair class though. :frowning:

EDIT: Wait a minute, Mortis. YOU DIDNā€™T STUDY THAT THING!? I thought youā€™re smarter than this!

It is just as important to have those studying specific facets of existence as it is to have generalists.

Remember my primary profession for some years was integration of the myriad fields of Mechagonian research into usable gadgets and gizmos and robots.

Without the work done by specialists like yourself, I would be unable to truly make use of many fields of research.

This will appear to counter what I just said, but a broadening of oneā€™s knowledge base can often open up new pathways to success within oneā€™s normal field.

So long as there is a willingness to apply what youā€™ve learned (and it is applicable) there is no reason not to at least try.

They do appear quite capable of a good soriee.

I wonder if their particular brand of magic can beā€¦

Eh another time. I must finish my new drone units first. I can integrate more into them later.

The great Mortis is here!

I have so many questions and have no idea where to start!

I did recently see a mockup of a fel reaver mount and I hope they add one eventually.

I immediately thought of Rosie when I saw it.

Iā€™m a Succubologist, not an engineer.

(Except IRL, where Iā€™m actually an engineer, not a Succubologist. I donā€™t think Succubology is a thing IRL lol)

Itā€™s like Wumbology.

Also you really might like my Warlock. Iā€™m sure youā€™ve seen me posting as the Maven of Destruction? :]
