Mechagnome heritage as DK?

Question on 8.3 Patch: (Allied Race DKs)

Hey folks! Sorry if this is a silly question, but I’m asking because I didn’t see it anywhere on WoWhead or in the Patch Info. Can a freshly made Allied Race Death Knights unlock their specific Allied Race Heritage armor? Thanks in advance. Patch looks great!
