Just close the game, force to search update and then go in

It updated the game itself, but I didnât restart the launcher. Gonna try that now and hope for the best!

Well this kinda sucks I really wanted to complete the war campaign on at least one of my characters but it would seem Blizzard has put a digital roadblock in my way in the form f a bugâŚ
I forced the launcher to update and it fixed the problem.
currently stuck on this quest also but i do not see anyone posting a solution so i am guessing i am stalled from completing this quest until blizzard helps ?
force update and you should be good to go.

Downloading the hotfix now. Glad to see this issue was quickly fixed.
Resub to catch up on the war campaign and itâs not even doable now.
This is something that should have been hot fixed immediately, you literally canât continue the war campaign until itâs fixedâŚ
Itâs been fixed already, close the game and download the hot fix from the launcher
